- Participative management (since 2005): We have established a corporate culture based on actively listening to and directly involving our staff.
- Excellence in Prevention (2009): The INRS recognised 19 members of our teams for their key role in the refurbishment of the workshop, a major initiative aimed at preventing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
- Territorial Recognition (2011): Our comprehensive approach was recognised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) with the award of the Nord Isère ‘Sustainable Development’ Trophy in the QSE category.

Our production sites are ISO 9001 certified.
- ISO 14001: Artub places sustainability at the heart of its management system. Our production sites are ISO 14001 certified, a recognition that rewards our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental footprint: optimised waste management, the implementation of best environmental practices, and transparent dialogue with our stakeholders.
- ISO 45001: The ISO 45001 certification of our sites confirms our unwavering commitment to health and safety at work. It demonstrates our proactive approach to ensuring a healthy and safe environment, in full compliance with the most stringent international standards.
- FSC® label since 2025: our wood-based products, including certain scaffolding systems, are FSC®-certified, guaranteeing responsible and sustainable forest management.

Decrees are legal requirements relating to safety. Our entire range strictly complies with current regulations:

Our guarantee terms
We guarantee the sturdiness of our products. Artub products are covered by a guarantee against manufacturing defects for the period specified in our catalogues, packaging or price lists.
What you need to know:
- Coverage: The guarantee covers the replacement of parts found to be faulty following diagnosis by our team (excluding plastic parts and hinges).
- Please note: Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note), as it is essential for any claims.
- Usage: To be eligible, the product must have been used in a normal, private setting (except for our ranges specifically classified as "professional").
- Procedure: The claim process involves returning the product or item in question, at the purchaser’s expense, for assessment.
