EDITORIAL
« I joined the group in September 2008 following a career as a sole HR manager in industrial SMEs, and since then I have consistently supported change, development and growth initiatives, always with the aim of striking a balance between economic and social considerations whilst upholding our values.
What sets Human Resources at Frénéhard & Michaux apart is a constant balance across all areas, helping to ensure the company’s competitiveness:
• A balance between new recruits and internal promotions
• A balance between in-house mentored training and external qualifying training
• Balancing individual and collective performance
• A balance between the autonomy expected of our staff and adherence to the established frame
• A balance between protecting and challenging
• Balancing economic performance and recognition of our employees

OUR HR COMMITMENTS IN SUPPORT OF CSR
Because the value of our company rests first and foremost on the men and women who make up our workforce, Artub places management and human resources at the heart of its strategy. Our aim: to attract, support and retain talent, enabling them to thrive in the long term. This approach is based on six key principles:

INTERNAL MOBILITY:
UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL
At Artub, we firmly believe that a successful career is built over time. That is why we encourage professional development, internal mobility and the integration of young talent at all levels of the company.
We actively encourage internal mobility to enable everyone to:
- Discover new career paths (production, logistics, sales, marketing, R&D, logistics, etc.)
- Developing skills through continuing training
- Gain access to senior roles
- Building a sustainable career
