ARTUB (hereinafter 'We') attaches the utmost importance to ensuring the protection of the personal data of users of its websites (https://www.artub.fr and https://www.artub.com) (hereinafter collectively 'You').
We have drawn up this privacy policy in order to provide you with complete and transparent information about how we use your personal data and the various rights you are entitled to exercise.

Why do we use your data, and how long do we keep it for?
1. Managing your quote and enquiry requests
Base: Pre-contractual performance / Legitimate interest
Duration: For as long as it takes to prepare the quote or respond to your enquiry.
2. Sending commercial offers by email (unless you object)
Legal base: Legitimate interest
Duration: 3 years from the date of the last contact or until you unsubscribe.
3. Site management through the use of cookies
Legal base: Consent (non-essential cookies) / Legitimate interest (cookies strictly necessary for the website to function)
Duration: 13 months maximum.
4. Smart chatbot (AI)
Legal base: Legitimate interest
Duration: 90 days from the date of each exchange (the default duration for the Algolia Agent Studio solution).
5. Monitoring of disputes and claims
Legal base: Legal obligation / Legitimate interest
Duration: Duration of the dispute + 5 years (limitation period for B2B transactions, Art. Article L110-4 of the Commercial Code).
6. CLICK2BUY store locator and WHERE2BUY widget / Location (if used)
Legal base: Consent
Duration: The geolocation data is stored in a cookie set by the widget for one week (unless manually deleted by the user). This data is not stored by Click2Buy, which uses it only temporarily to display nearby distributors.
What personal data do we collect?
In order to carry out the processing described above, we collect: your surname, your first name, your professional email address and your professional telephone number.
Where applicable, we may also collect any personal data you provide in the free-text comment field (under the heading ‘Your enquiry’). We ask that you limit the personal data you provide to what is strictly necessary.

We also collect the following data, depending on the features used:
• Chat history with the smart chatbot
• Geolocation data (store locator — only with your prior consent; stored for a maximum of one week via a cookie)
Who do we share your data with?
Your personal data is shared within our various departments, solely with those authorised to process it, in particular members of our sales team.
They are also passed on to our external service providers acting on our behalf and for our account (website management, hosting). Your data may also be passed on to our partner companies within the Frénéhard & Michaux group for certain services requested by you. We ensure that they meet the necessary guarantees.
We may also be required, by law, to pass on your data to an administrative authority or an authorised public body.
Your data may also be passed on to the following service providers, acting on our behalf and for our account:

We ensure that these service providers offer the necessary guarantees to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the GDPR.

Our processing of personal data takes place mainly in Europe. However, data may be transferred to a third country.
