Article 1 — Overview of the website and general terms and conditions
1.1. These general terms and conditions are agreed between the company ARTUB, SA, with a share capital of 2,000,000 euros, registered with the Vienne Trade and Companies Register under number B 643 620 297, SIRET 643 620 297 00017, APE code 2599 B, hereinafter referred to as ‘ARTUB’, and persons browsing the website https://www.artub.fr/, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Users’, ARTUB and the Users being hereinafter referred to as the ‘Party(ies)’.
Users are professionals, a professional being defined as ‘any natural or legal person, whether public or private, acting for purposes falling within the frame of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity, including where they act in the name of or on behalf of another professional’.
1.2. The purpose of the Website is:
— to present the company and the manufacturer’s product range, providing in-depth content
— to enable users to create their own personal account and access certain features: a dedicated sales contact, certificates, e-learning, etc.
— to have a directory of partner retailers (store locator) selling the manufacturer’s products
— to offer a loyalty scheme to eligible users
— to provide an editorial blog and an FAQ section for its users and customers.
— to provide an AI-powered smart chat service
— to enable Users to get in touch with ARTUB and to submit any requests for quotations
The Website does not allow you to order or pay for products or services on line.
ARTUB provides telephone support on +33 (0)4 74 90 70 45, available Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 5.30 pm. Users can also contact ARTUB via the contact form or by email at [email protected].
1.3. These terms and conditions set out the terms governing users’ use of the Website and its features. By browsing the Website, users indicate their full and unreserved acceptance of the rules set out below.
These general terms and conditions supersede and replace the previously applicable terms and conditions. ARTUB reserves the right to amend them at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the day the Website is accessed.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be held to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the terms and conditions as a whole.
Article 2 — Creating a user account
2.1. To access the various features of the Website, the user must log in to their personal account or create one.
When creating their account, the user undertakes to provide complete and accurate information and to update it should any changes occur. The user is responsible for the information provided during registration. ARTUB cannot be held liable for any malfunctions caused by a user error.
2.2. The user is solely responsible for their username and password. In the event of loss or theft, the user must follow the password recovery procedure provided on the Website. Any access to the Website made via a user’s personal account shall be deemed to have been made by that User.
2.3. The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Article 3 — Description of the website’s features
3.1 Presentation of the product range
The website showcases the manufacturer’s range of products. ARTUB endeavours to ensure that the information published on this Website is accurate and up to date, and reserves the right to amend it at any time without prior notice.
The user wishing to purchase products featured on the Website is invited to contact ARTUB via the contact form or by email at [email protected] to enquire about product availability, as well as the applicable terms and conditions and prices.
3.2 Store Locator — Retailer Directory
The website contains a directory of partner retailers offering products manufactured by ARTUB. The user is informed that their information is not automatically passed on to retailers. It is up to the user to contact one of the listed retailers to arrange an appointment or obtain a quote.
The geolocation feature, which displays nearby retailers, is only enabled with your prior consent. This data is stored in a cookie set by the widget for a maximum of one week, unless manually deleted by the user; it is not retained by the service provider Click2Buy beyond its immediate use for displaying distributors.
3.3 Contact form and request for a quote
ARTUB provides the user with a contact section where they can ask questions about its products and services and request quotes.
3.4 Blog
The website features an editorial blog aimed at users and industry professionals. The content published is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute technical or commercial advice. ARTUB reserves the straight to moderate or remove any inappropriate content.
3.5 FAQs
The website’s FAQs provide answers to frequently asked questions about ARTUB’s products and services. These answers are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
3.6 Intelligent Chat (AI)
ARTUB provides an AI-powered chat service, driven by the Algolia Agent Studio solution, designed to answer users’ questions. The answers provided by the chatbot are for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment on the part of ARTUB. The user can ask to be put through to a human adviser at any time by typing ‘adviser’ in the chat. Data exchanged via the chat function is retained for 90 days, in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Article 4 — Access to the website and use of its features

The user browses the Website at their own risk. The user is required to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with these terms and conditions, without infringing public order, public decency or the straight of third parties. The user is personally responsible for ensuring they have the necessary IT resources to access the Website.
The User shall refrain from: accessing the Website by any means other than those made available by ARTUB; sharing their login details with a third party; disrupting, slowing down or blocking access to networks; testing the Website’s vulnerability or breaching safety measures.
4.2. Given that the Website is provided free of charge, the User acknowledges that the Website is provided ‘as is’, without any guarantee as to its suitability, availability or performance. ARTUB will endeavour to ensure that its services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, maintenance or technical faults.
4.3. The Website is made available to the user free of charge and for an indefinite period. ARTUB reserves the right to amend the features of the Website, to suspend access or to automatically terminate access to all or part of the features in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use, without prior notice or compensation.
Article 5 — Liability
5.1. As ARTUB does not intervene in the relationship between users and partner retailers, it accepts no liability in respect of any contract that may be entered into between them.
5.2. ARTUB shall not be held liable if any failure to perform or any damage results from the user's misuse of the Website, the fault of a third party or a force majeure event.
5.3. ARTUB shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the user’s device, nor for any loss or damage suffered as a result of accessing or browsing the Website.
5.4. The Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites. ARTUB does not monitor their content and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from their use.
Article 6 — Protection of personal data and cookies
6.1. ARTUB collects and processes the personal data of users who choose to create an account or complete the contact form. The provisions relating to this data are set out in the Website’s Privacy Policy. ARTUB collects and processes data in accordance with current regulation and the recommendations of the CNIL.

Article 7 — Intellectual property
All content on the Website is the property of ARTUB or is used with the permission of the rights holders. Users acknowledge ARTUB’s exclusive rights (trademarks, logos, copyright) and undertake not to make any use of them whatsoever without express prior authorisation.
Article 8 — Disputes
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
8.2. The Parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions amicably. Failing that, any dispute shall be brought before the court in Vienna, to which jurisdiction is expressly conferred, even in the event of a guarantee claim or where there are multiple defendants.
