No, that is strictly forbidden. Mixing different brands invalidates the scaffolding’s compliance with standards and the manufacturer’s guarantee, and makes you liable in the event of an accident.

Equipment should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place, sheltered from the elements, ideally on a stable support to prevent any warping.
All ARTUB products are covered by at least the legal 24-month guarantee of conformity, starting from the date of purchase by the end customer.

Please note that the manufacturer’s instruction manual must be kept at the location where the product is used.
No, repairs are not covered under the frame of the after-sales service.
However, certain parts may be replaced if:
- They are simple to install
- They do not compromise safety
- The initial assembly was carried out correctly
You must also submit a request by email, including:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the missing part (or exploded view)
- Photos
- Batch number
Once approved, a solution will be proposed (sending a document or other).
You should contact the store where you bought the product.
The store will be able to:
- Exchange the product
- Or refund you
He will then contact ARTUB in accordance with the after-sales service procedure.
It can be left outside temporarily, but prolonged outdoor storage is not recommended in order to prevent premature wear and tear.
The guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- Incorrect use of the product
- Negligence or mishandling
- Improper storage (e.g. exposure to damp, frost, rust)
- Force majeure
In addition to the provisions set out in Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, our equipment is guaranteed, in accordance with our catalogues (unless otherwise agreed), against any defects in manufacture or materials.
Transport costs are covered by ARTUB.
Collection is organised according to a set procedure (approximately 10 days).
Yes, our products are sold in many countries through our network of partners and distributor.

At Artub, we take environmental considerations into account in the design and manufacture of our products.
Our production sites are certified to ISO 14001, an international standard that frames our approach to reducing our environmental impact: optimising resource use, managing waste and continuously improving our industrial practices.
Some of our products containing wood are also FSC®-certified, guaranteeing responsible and sustainable forest management.
Finally, the durability and sturdiness of our equipment also help to minimise its long-term impact by reducing the need for replacement.
Spare parts are available for 5 years after production ceases (minimum)
It depends on how it is used, how well it is maintained and the storage conditions. Well-maintained equipment can last for many years.
You must:
- Make a note on the delivery note
- Send a registered letter to the transport within 48 hours
It is essential to inspect the part in question and replace it if there is any doubt whatsoever as to its structural integrity.
Once your claim has been approved:
- The product may be refunded
- Treatment will be subject to prior approval from ARTUB
You must report the problem within 48 hours of purchase.
Procedure:

- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Photos (and video, if possible)
- Batch number
Yes, spare parts are available to buy from your local store.

Once we have received your complete application:
- An initial assessment is carried out by our after-sales service
- If necessary, we may ask you to return the product to our workshop for assessment
- Following the assessment:
- If the guarantee applies: the product will be repaired or replaced
- If the guarantee does not apply: you will be offered a repair quote
